You will not find anyone that will do better work. Not only does it take a great deal of skill to repair a WFF, but you also need the materials such as the compound it is molded from, and the paint in the original matching colors. Keep in mind that by mending it yourself the evidence may be detected, a minor paint chip or a glue seam will drop the piece's value. I would only recommend having your repair work done by Phay. No one that I know of has the skill of Phay or the original paints and materials to do the job properly.
